This is right around the corner. No more putting off your training until "next week."

Hubie- I'm in for some training--working through some elbow tendonitis--but I'ld be more than glad to get some huge heavy sessions to support anyone going for the qualifiers--there is also a CrossFit Football cert around the same time in Columbus OH.

i want to. bad. but i am no where near where i need to be at. Im going to work hard and see what comes of it. I want it but i just dont have the skills and stregth needed yet. but thanks for the reminder!

Registration begins tomorrow, December 23rd.

I thought they were in Albany in May.

Any idea how fast if caps? Theres no way I can pay that registration fee right now. Maybe in a couple weeks...
