CF Football strength and endurance WOD. 195 on 5 rep squats (front, with clean to rack), 115 on press, and the row...no idea. used my sweet ass concept 2 model a rower without any measuring device. definitely need to get a retrofit PM3.

Maxed at a miserable 155. I failed 165 4 times in a row. Full snatch seems to be my nemesis.

50 lbs...failed 4 times at 60. Not sure whether it was a mental or physical block...but it was just not happening.
