No Rower at the Globo Gym, so here's what I did...

Back Squats 5x5 - Up to 245lbs

10 RFT - 10 Rep Each
Kettle Bell Swing - 1 Pood
Push Ups
Box Jumps (On a Reebok Step) 14 inches maybe?

12:18

Ohh the people in the globo gym. I did get a compliment from a trainer on the depth of my squats.
I also go to see a sweet neck exercise machine. You know, to strengthen your neck when you want to put your ear on your shoulder in a strong manner... ha

Did WOD with a very nice guy from Florida who's name I do not know. 21, 18, 15, 12, 9,6...45lb Thrusters, Step Ups, 35lb Kettle Bell Swings....I don't know if the work "ouch" really covers it. affraid

Snatches 8x2 up to 135. failed 155.
Chin Ups (strict): 18, 13, 10, 10
Tabata deadlift w/230lbs: 10, 9, 8, 5, 4, 4, 3, 4 (47 total)
