Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Good Morning

*Do Not Drop The Weight. Do Not Set It Down.

*If weight is dropped, count number of drops and perform an equal amount of burpees as a penalty.

weight is your choice wood. I would not try over 95 lbs. Guys this morning were doing 65 or 75 lbs and said it was still tough.

I think that when I try this on Saturday I'm going to suck up the penalties and try 75lb, 95lb, 115lb, 135lb. That may end poorly for me but we shall see.
