So in an effort to prepare for the multi wods at the sectionals, I have decided to complete multiple wods on Saturdays. I chose these 3 Wods because the Michigan CF I was working out at, participated in a throw down last Sunday. I wanted to compare my times to see how I may have finished. I gave myself around 1.5 hours between wods.
oaklandcountycrossfit.com held the throw down if you want to look at the results. (Find the post from Jan 17th)

Here are the 3 wods;

WOD #1 – TOWER OF POWER
1 min of Deadlifts at 200 / 135 lbs (1pt for each rep) – 2 min rest
1 min of Deadlifts at 225 / 155 lbs (3 pts for each rep) – 2 min rest
1 min of Deadlifts at 250 / 175 lbs (5 pts for each rep) - 2 min rest
1 min of Deadlifts at 275 / 195 lbs (7 pts for each rep) – 2 min rest

WOD #2 – Triplet
10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Power Cleans (from the floor) (135 / 95)
Chin over bar pull-ups
Kettelbell Swings (53 lbs / 35 lbs)

WOD # 3: ”Karen”
150 Wall Balls for time: 20 # men

WOD 1 - 25, 25, 20, 13 reps. 291 Points. 11th place
WOD 2 - 14:18 15th place
WOD 3 - 8:18 14th place

Adding the placements - 40 Points
12th Place overall (out of 25 competitors, including me)
