240 lb High Bar Back Squat 5 Rep Max (I forgot how much weaker HBBS are then LBBS)
80 lb DB 5 Rep Max (Shoulder is still bum and that's the heaviest DB's)

I did all box jumps, no step ups. This is a huge weakness. Doing box jumps trashes me and literally steals the wind right out of me. No more step ups for me.

no, for real though. well done hubie, that was a tough WOD and i know your form was good. I did all box JUMPS as well, no step ups, because they are a big weakness of mine too.
i also went a bit slower than normal to get good form on the deadlifts. i watched all the rippetoe videos on deadlifts before doing the WOD which helped. no bouncing off the bottom, no rounding of the back, nice set and solid back, scapula over the bar, all angles in proportion with my limb proportions, etc.
today's WOD should be a treat...

Deadlifts are a huge weakness...and they trash my entire back and rarely my legs so I must have some form issues.
95lbs on deadlift...started with 115 and had to scale down.
Step Ups...still afraid I will kill myself jumping on that box.
