Did some 300 meter sprints this morning. Got it down to 50.2 seconds. Need to get down to sub 44. Running will be defeated...I can't guarantee when, but sometime soon hopefully. I will then eat it for breakfast.

started with 85 and worked my way up. then i got real tired, I would like to see how I would have done if I had actually started with a higher weight. I really pushed myself today though and I realized that I haven't been working hard enough with back squats. next time...

1 mi. with zach in attempt to get ready for turkey trot...legs felt real tight. dear lord, needs work.

Got up to 205 and went DEEEP. Tryin to not get too aggressive with weight on heavy leg stuff to work on form and recruit my hamstrings better cuz I (and Hubie) think that might be why I have been stalling on them lately (read as my entire weightlifting career).

Thus concludes my excuse for weak legs.
