Rest Day

I'll be working the 6 PM class tonight. Chuck and I will be taking care of the 5 PM class on Friday.

If you have worked out 3 days in a row, take a day off for rest and recovery. If you want to come into the gym, then you should work on stretching, using the foam roller, and light skills. If you have not worked out three days in a row, complete the last posted wod that you have NOT completed. This does not mean you pick and choose the last WOD you liked and want to complete. Laughing

Oooook. I have not worked out since last thursday and I WILL decide what wod I feel like doing and I will do it friday. I will pick whatever wod I like best and complete it and I don't pay for people to tell me I can't. So maybe I'll just flutter around like a butterfly and call that a wod. Or beat you, Hubie, with the foam roller and call that a wod. But then again you'll probably enjoy that Smile Twisted Evil
