Diane as rx'd. 7:24 and a new PR for me, I think.

Alternate WOD, blue band assisted pull ups (definately scaled correctly this time), medium black band assisted ring dips. Time was 26 mins something, don't know exactly. Think the smaller band was helping me learn to kip correctly as well cause I was struggling big time with this many pull ups. It's all in the hips, right Chuck P???

Perfect example of why we should scale. I had no benefits of the met-con style wod that this was supposed to be because of the HSPU's.
