Last Couple Of WODs Empty Last Couple Of WODs

I've mentioned that I've been exploring new approaches to 'stuff' Here are some recent training sessions, and I'ld like to stress that the all-around volume on some of these is pretty high and I'm approaching this with an experimental mindset that will probably cause me to hurt myself--but that's the fun/challenge of walkin' the line:

(1)
-Run 10k 43:34
- 5 Rounds:
SDLHP x 5 (135lbs)
Push-up x 10
Sit-up x 15
6:43

(2)
-Row 20 minutes (clock on C2 is broken)
-5 Rounds:
15 DL (135)
15 Push-ups
4:13
-5k Trail Run: 22:15

(3)
Run 5k
50 knees to elbows
Run 5k
@50 minutes

(4)
-Row 10 minutes
-5 Rounds:
7 DL x 225
14 Sit-ups
21 SQ (BW)
13:24
-Row 10 Minutes

I've also upped my frequency of doing DL and Squat heavy work--I've got a little tendonitis in the elbow so pull-ups, dips, etc. are a little painful. Bottom line, I've been feeling great--real gassed and sore after my workouts--but my overall energy levels have been through the roof

Wood,
Keep posting your WOD's. I'm interested in what you are doing. I'm also interested in talking to you about what you are trying to accomplish and what you may be doing against yourself. We'll do the talk in person. Until then, keep up the awesome and hard work. Its inspiring to watch, especially when you aren't flinging your sweat in my direction.

Hubie-
Here's what I've got on the docket today:

530am: 5k run
7am:
5 Rounds-
5 Push Press (115)
7 SDLHP (115)
9 Push-ups
11 Sit-ups

10 min C2 row cooldown
-see how my elbow feels w/ some pull-ups

1pm: 20 minute C2 row

I started to talk to Dave a few weeks ago about what I'm doing. Next Monday I'll be in town (gotta get my skull looked at--but that's another story) I can stop by the gym Monday night and talk with you. Let's just say that I'm fully aware of the injury and burnout potential with what I'm doing---but my rest plan is just as robust as the volume with which I've been training. Later, buddy.

On a side note--check out the response that I had for Kristen in the nutrition section---it outlines (basically) what I put down my hole every day.
