FYI, I'll be at the gym for the 11 and 12 o'clock class.

Warmup
2 Rounds for Time
Run 400
25 Push Ups
25 Air Squats

WOD
Bench Press 5x5
Front Squat 5x5
Aim for a new 5 rep max.

Post WOD
Row 500 m
The gym record is still a 1:28.2. Set a personal record.

The main site called for a Crossfit Total. We did a CFT a few weeks ago, so we'll do some other strength stuff.
