"Sunday" Goals

This section of the forum is where you share your weaknesses with the group. Post things you want to work on. Ask for advise on how others improved on a similar weakness or skill. Also, post your progress on things you have worked on.

Brag a little. If you hit 20 double unders in a row, got your first pull up, or finally learned how to snatch, announce it!

We decided to post these goals every Sunday during Crossfit Buffalo's rest day, hence the name Sunday Goals. Happy Posting.
